Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is Information?
Record systems are corrected, portals and fees change, collections move, and digitization coverage develops over time. We aim to maintain useful references, but no detail is guaranteed at a particular moment. Confirm a record with its custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point to record sources and explain how resident rolls and directories generally work in Liberty Township; a website is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access supports transparency, not harm. Never use material reached through this reference to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or injure a person. Misusing personal information can violate Ohio or federal law and violates the Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes operated by third parties. We do not control their results, charges, or handling of submitted information. Their results are not consumer reports for FCRA purposes.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
No government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record is held here. The reference links to the offices, libraries, and portals that hold them. Contact the responsible custodian to obtain, confirm, or correct a record.
